Update on Development Charges
In line with the Township By-Law 027-22, our development charges for 2026 will be updated on January 1, 2026, reflecting the latest annual variations in the Statistics Canada Quarterly Non-Residential Construction Price Index, without necessitating any modifications to the existing by-law.

Current rates will be in effect for development charges calculated on or before December 31, 2025.
