We are excited to announce that pickleball will be moved out to the Arthur and Area Community Centre's arena floor beginning Tuesday, April 2, 2024. With this, we are able to open up an additional court and add additional pickleball times. Please see new schedule below.
The Wellington North Pickleball Program is offered as a drop-in session in both Arthur and Mount Forest recreation facilities. The cost to play is $5.00 per session. No experience necessary! Please bring a pair of clean running shoes.
What is Pickleball?
- A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.
- Played with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes.
- Played as doubles or singles.
- Can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels.

Note: Drop-in Open Pickleball is open to all levels and there may not be staff coordinating games or assisting with partner selection. Games may include a wide variety of players. All players are required to understand and adhere to Pickleball Etiquette (PDF) , welcome the diversity of players and skill levels, and share court time with all who attend.
