Information for Third-Party Advertisers

To advertise as a third party in the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election, you must register with the municipal clerk where you plan to advertise. Registration is open from May 1 to October 23, 2026. 

If you wish to advertise in Wellington North, please make an appointment with the Clerk, Karren Wallace (kwallace@wellington-north.com or 519-848-3620 Ext 4227) to submit your completed  Notice of Registration - Third Party - Form 7  (PDF). The form is also available directly from the Province of Ontario's website, Notice of Registration - Third Party - Form 7. 

Please note: A third-party advertiser is not permitted to spend money, accept contributions, or begin advertising until the registration form has been filed with the municipal clerk.
