Public Skating and Ice Programs

The Township of Wellington North offers several opportunities for all ages to enjoy on-ice programming during ice season.

Public Skating - FREE thanks to our generous sponsors

Mount Forest | Saturdays 12:00 - 1:30 PM
Arthur | Fridays 4:30 - 6:00 PM and Sundays 12:00 - 1:30 PM
PD Day, Winter Break and March Break Holidays

Older Adult Skating - FREE

Mount Forest | Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Arthur | Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Older Adult Skating will be offered free of charge all season thanks to the generous support of Canadian Flat Roofing Systems.

Parent and Tot Skating - FREE

Mount Forest | Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM 
Arthur | Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Stick & Puck - FREE

Arthur | Tuesdays, 3:30 - 5:00 PM (for players over 12 years of age)
Arthur | Thursdays, 3:30 - 5:00 PM (for players 11 years of age and younger) 
Adult supervision of youth participants is required. 

Youth Shinny - $5.00/Session 

This program is starting the week of October 13, 2026
Mount Forest | Mondays, 7:00 - 8:00 AM, Tuesdays, 7:00 - 8:00 (all ages)
Arthur | Mondays, 7:00 - 8:00 AM (Ages 10-12) and Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:00 AM (Ages 7-9)
Full hockey gear required for all participants
