NOTICE 2026 SANITARY ALLOCATION APPLICATIONS
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of Wellington North intends to consider Sewage Unit Allocations for 2026 per Policy # 012-19 at a meeting of Council in April 2026 for both Mount Forest and Arthur.
Only developments within the Council approved (resolution 2025-143) Sewage Allocation Boundary as shown in Figure 1 will be received for the Arthur Sewage Allocations applications.
Figure 1 - Lands identified for development by the Township’s Growth Management Action Plan dated August 16, 2024, prepared by Watson & Associates Economists Ltd.
Take notice that applications per this policy, should be submitted on or before March 31, 2026.

Please be sure to submit the required fee of $285.00 per development with your application, as per Schedule G of the current Township of Wellington North Fees & Charges By-law 085-2025.
