Create a free Community Connect account to request burn permits online. It just takes your email, phone number and address to get started. Burn Permits can also be requested by calling the Municipal office at 519-848-3620 or by emailing township@wellington-north.com at least 24 hours in advance.

Important Information
Burn Permits are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Online applications can take up to 2 business days to process.
We do not issue burn permits within urban areas. Please refer to Section 6 of theBurn By-Law (PDF)
You do not require a burn permit for a backyard campfire.
