Notice :Township of Wellington North Approves Drinking Water System Financial Plan
On October 29, 2025, the Council of the Township of Wellington North passed a resolution, pursuant to Ontario Regulation 453/07, regarding the Township’s Drinking Water System Financial Plan.
A Financial Plan is a requirement for drinking water systems under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002. This financial plan represents one of the key elements required to obtain or renew a Municipal Drinking Water Licence.
