The Township of Wellington North received funding from the Canada Community – Building Fund to help support the Township’s infrastructure priorities.
We were able to complete five 2023 capital projects which included:
- Repairs to bridge 40 on Line 6
- Repairs to bridge 2040 on Sideroad 13
- Rural resurfacing on Sideroad 5E
- Culvert replacement on Sideroad 9W
- Engineering design work to support the replacement of bridge 9 on Sideroad 3E in 2024.
The Township of Wellington North would like to take the time to acknowledge the generous and on going support received from the Canada Community – Building Fund, which contributed approximately $615,000 toward these capital projects in 2023. These completed capital projects will increase the longevity of the municipal assets.
