All Are Welcome Here Design Contest
As part of the Township of Wellington North’s commitment to building a safe, sustainable, and welcoming community, we invite all students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 to participate in the “All Are Welcome Here” Design Contest. This initiative celebrates kindness, inclusion, and community spirit, with winning artwork displayed at the entranceways of Township facilities as a symbol of belonging for everyone.

Contest Theme
- All Are Welcome Here
Students are encouraged to create artwork that shows what it means to be friendly, welcoming, and kind to everyone in our community buildings. Designs should celebrate the diversity of our community—embracing people of all races, religions, abilities, ages, identities, and backgrounds.
Who Can Enter
- Students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in Wellington North.
How to Enter
- Submit original artwork (painting, drawing, or digital design) or a digital scan. Minimum size: 8.5” x 11”.
- Fill out the entry form (PDF) [PDF/188KB] (required for all submissions).
- Email your artwork and completed entry form to communications@wellington-north.com.
- To arrange drop-off or pick-up, contact Tasha Grafos at tgrafos@wellington-north.com.
- Deadline: March 31, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
What We’re Looking For
- Artwork that inspires kindness, acceptance, and unity.
- Designs that help set expectations for respectful behaviour in Township facilities.
- Creative expressions that make everyone feel safe, happy, and included.
Recognition
- Winning designs will be displayed at key Township entranceways.
- All submissions may be published by the Township to celebrate community creativity.
